Function

The extruder LTJW-5 can mix the powder material, excipients and moist adhesives evenly to make the material soft, loose and lumpish. Upon push action of the screw feeder, the material flows into extruding chamber, then passes screen plate through extrusion by extruder, finally forms compact cylindrical extrudants of various lengths.

Application

It is used in the production of orbicular granules in various diameter with mixed powder. It is an ideal equipment for pharmaceutics, foodstuff and chemical industries.

Working principle

The granule after the Extruder feeding in to the Rolling machine, high speed rotation activities plate of chamber. The granule under the action of centrifugal force rolling on the inner wall of chamber. The gaps between the inner wall and the activities plate will be blown up out of the air flow (heat or cold), then material will be rolling on the machine
